Refund Policy

All service requests (including project cancellations or service downgrades) must be submitted in writing to info@vnvsolutions.in.

Refunds for services already rendered will not be applicable. For eligible advance payments made for services not yet initiated, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and processed within 15 business days from approval.

VNV Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the nature of the service engagement.
